Not sure where else to put this, but has anyone had experiene with the cho-pat knee aids?

I have had one knee scoped...but still have some overall issues with both. My ortho (and he is good) doesn't see any surgical options at this time. Of course, loosing a ton of weight will help, but in the meantime I am looking at other options

I wear two cho-pat braces when running. I have ITBS on both knees and after a few miles running they want me to stop. With the cho-pat braces, I can run much further without pain or very little. Wear them tight because they tend to loosen over time.
