I met his sherpa's son, Jamling Tenzing Norgay, at a paddlesports show in Madison a few years ago. He's a funny little guy with, as you can imagine, some fantastic stories of climbing Everest himself. I could have listened to him for hours. He was part of the ill-fated '96 Everest climb portrayed in the I-max film.
