Foo - Waking up the Brain

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Just woke up after 12 hours of beauty sleep. Need to go to work in like an hour or so. Body feels rested but brain is having some trouble. I'm looking trough my eyes but it feels like I'm looking at a movie. What could work best?
1) Red Bull.
2) Strong cup of coffee
3) Short bike ride

Tire pressure was at record low... 30psi... meaning I haven't been riding in a while. Going for it, after pumping the tires bike to life...
I'm alive! \o/ Overflowing with joy. Observations:
- Soccer Moms waiting inline @ local school dig sweaty cyclists in Lycra.
- Kiddos getting out of school can't sprint **** and are easily dropped.
- Arse is severely unconditioned.
- The Trek needs a tune up.
- 96 degrees is effing hot.
Now I just need to search for UA's new year resolution thread where I stated I was going to do a century long ride.
do you have to do it all at once? 5 x 20 = 100

What's wrong with a few cold beer before work? At least you'll think you're doing a great job at work.
