A coworker of mine almost has me convinced to go and learn Tai Chi at the school he goes to.
Anyone else do Tai Chi or similar? What do you think of it?

I practiced Tai Chi several years ago. It's better exercise than you think. It's also good for relaxing your mind and getting rid of stress.

Kinda what I'm looking for.
Bike riding is also the only exercise I really get regularly, so something else, especially something like Tai Chi would probably work well for that whole cross training thing.

Kung fu forms are very relaxing, no matter which style it is. They're fun to do drunk, as well.

It's good. I did a little of it while taking Kung Fu and it's kind of like Kung Fu in slow motion.
