Next opportunity for serious local track racers to earn upgrade points will be on Saturday, April 24 at the LA Velodrome at Home Depot Center on the Cal State Dominguez Hills campus, 119 miles north of San Diego off the 405 freeway. Registration opens at 1:30, warm-up at 2, racing at 3. Eligible categories: Men 3,4,5; women 3,4; women 35+; juniors.

Riders used to be able to upgrade based on Tuesday night results in San Diego; not any more.
