What kind of workbenches do you guys have for working on hubs/wheels? its a pain in the butt to have to set it flat on a bench to work on. I was wondering if anyone has a cool solution for this.

I hold the wheel on its side by the clamping the cone locknut in a vise. It doesnt hold the wheel firmly, so you have to be gentle with your touch.

My workbench is 8ft.(244cm)X 2ft.(61cm) and is secured between 3 walls at the end of my workshop. On the pegboard at the rear of the workbench, I have attached a piece of wood mounted vertically that protrudes about 1žin.(3cm). In this piece of wood I made a slot that will align with a wheel when it is stood up on on the bench and against the slot. I put an old toe strap through the slot and around the rim to secure the wheel. The hub is easy to work on from either side because the wheel is standing, and is in the middle of the workbench.
I've rebuilt/repacked hundreds of hubs with great ease using this method.
