Classic and Vintage Bicycles: What's it Worth? Appraisals and Inquiries - Yard Sale Flandria and Schwinn Le Tour III

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
Hi there, it's my first post. I scored two bikes at a yard sale last fall and since I'm in Michigan, they've been in storage for the winter. With spring here, I got them out and wondered if forum readers might be able to help me learn more about them.
The orange is a Schwinn Le Tour III, and the black one is a Flandria - and that's all I know. I'm not sure what pictures to take, so if something else would help you identify the bikes, please let me know.
Thanks for your help,
September

The first picture of the Le Tour, from the other side so the drivetrain is visible, is the "standard" picture of a bike that shows the most information in a single picture. The Le Tour III looks like a 1978; here are the catalog (http://www.trfindley.com/flschwinn_1971_1980/1978_14.html) pages (http://www.trfindley.com/flschwinn_1971_1980/1978x04.html).
The Flandria? Never heard of them. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not a popular brand. Could be from Canada or Europe.
If you're looking for valuation, if the LeTour is in good shape, you might get anywhere from... maybe $120 to $250 for it, depending on your market, and with the missing shifter levers replaced. This spring there seems to be more volatility and variation in what people are asking for bikes on Craigslist.
Here are two additional pictures of the Flandria. I hope they help.
Thanks for your time,
September

I believe Flandria was a Belgian or Dutch company. I think they went under in the early 1980s.
