If you search for "pennyfakething" in this forum, you'll see another option entirely for a pennyfarthing-esque bike.

That design looks questionable to me. With the crankset ahead of the front wheel, and the shown saddle position, the center of gravity looks even more forward than on a true pennyfarthing. The originals were notorious for faceplanting riders and that looks like it might be even worse.

The geometry of the finished one I've seen pics of is a little different from the sketch.

The important thing is that the handlebars are under your legs rather than over, so when you do inevitably get pitched off the front you'll tend to land feet first rather than faceplant.

Building one myself,the hardest part has been amounting the tools needed.

Bought a tubing roller to make the rim and frame. everything else I'll just figure out along the way

Did you check these links?...........Not my style of bike, But......This guy makes it look very easy.
