Is there any good mirrors for drop bar handles that wont move when im going fast and its bumpy? My bar end mirror keeps moving when I hit a bump. I would like something that will mount on sti shimano levers.

Motorcycle bar end mirrors are much more robust than the bicycle mirrors. This particular model will pivot around to allow use in the end of a drop bar if you want.
Nevermind it doesn't pivot the way I seem to remember. Your best bet is a helmet or eyeglass mounted mirror.

Just tape a tool mirror to the side of your helmet. I've been doing it for years, works fantastic.

I've had good luck with "The Italian Road Bike Mirror" available at Aspire Velotech. Just take the time to install it properly, once there it's there until you reinstall bar tape.

Try Take a look style Mirror. Attaches to your sunglasses. Minimal vibration , maximum view..
Helmet mount mirror is the way to go. Third Eye is a good brand and mounts on the visor, that is if you wear helmet with a visor. Got 2 helmet both equipped with helmet mirror. Forget the handle bar, they flex and move when you hit a bump.

Another vote for the helmet mounted, Take a Look mirror.

Yet another vote for a helmet mirror -- I've had a Blackburn and a Third Eye Pro. Both work.
For Shimano STI levers, though, Mirrycle's got one specifically for them --

They have a matching bell for the other side, too:

I say get a helmet mounted mirror. I've been using this style for 5+ years. Works great and doesn't move unless I bump it accidentally.

Rock solid, and easily adjustable (really). Over 1000 miles now.

Another eyeglass-mount alternative is the MessengerMirror. Minimal obstruction.
