Hi do anyone know about or maby have the Polar training program, I hear the use it to get ready for the Absa Cape eppic?

Evidently no one here is using one. I looked at it, but it's too short for what I like. I prefer a year-long cycle of various activities.
So try it and report here! You'll know right away if it's going to work for you.
