I'm planning to visit my cousin in Leavenworth and would like those who know to kindly review this route. I don't know how busy some of this area would be. I'm a country hick and don't ride a lot in urban areas. I don't know whether this counts or not. I do the touring with a BOB and am used to the road travel so that's not the issue.

My cousin may be riding this too and she's new to riding!

Any input would be appreciated.

I live in KC, but I'm not familiar with that route.

I have been in that area quite a bit but don't know the specific roads... drivers will not be used to bikes though and it is fairly hilly. If you don't mind a little drive, the Prairie Spirit Trail is in that area and looks attractive though I haven't ridden i yet.

I live in KC as well. I would think that as long as you stay off the Interstate, that you should be fine on the route that you show there.
