Hi, I don't usually venture over to the Track forums, usually spending most of my time on C&V or SS/FG, but I stumbled upon something I thought Track might be able to enjoy:

I'm from Phoenix, and I always thought there wasn't a local velodrome but you had to drive to San Diego to get on a track.

Then I randomly did an internet search that yeilded this...keep zooming in for a random surprise. (http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=en&msa=0&msid=115460496716285994133.000483a7aa8438d0b1f77&ll=33.339133,-112.088699&spn=0.185861,0.363579&t=h&z=12)

So I guess I have two questions:

Anyone from Phoenix/Tempe area heard of this track or visited it before?
Has anyone ever seen such a random velodrome?

Go cart track. Look at the 'parking spaces' on the infield, and the run in to the track at the top left. Cool find none the least.

You won't have any fun riding your bike on that RC track.

You could host concrete versions of bicycle speedway racing there...

It's to big for an RC track.

A couple of minutes googling - http://www.vsqma.com/index.html

It's a Quarter midget race track.
