What is a good thing to munch on when I take a break at the bike park. After a few hours I always lose so much strength. Thanks
I recommend Clif Bars (http://www.clifbar.com/eat/eat.cfm?location=bar). They're available in many flavors, but best of all they don't taste like an energy bar! They have been my cycling food of choice for over seven years.

I second the recommendation for clif bars.
They taste great (I like Carrot Cake) and they give a noticable boost.
I agree with Brillig, Carrot Cake is the best! Crunchy Peanut Butter is good too!

another one here who likes clif bars. they taste the best to me, i like the brownie one and the chocolate one. wash it down with an energy drink and that should give you a good boost.
