i recently purchased a specialized hardrock fs A1, kinda as a birthday present for myself. i am enjoying the bike tremendously; i use it to pedal to work(and to school on monday, wednesday, and friday soon!)as well as for purely recreational rides to the park, thru the park, etc.
i'm from NJ, i am a student and a p/t overlord at a local pizzeria. i havent ridden a bike regularly since i got my driver's license at age 17, a million years ago. and all my bikes prior were little bmx-type bikes(that i did no bike-crossing on...go figure!) with coaster brakes. so, bikes in general, bike maintenance, bike commuting, riding off-road: all of these things are very new to me!
i'm looking forward to participating on this forum...

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
