I've got a track frame that I'd like to build into a single speed. The problem is that it has no hole drilled for a rear brake to be mounted. I'd obviously want two brakes, any solutions for me? Thanks.

Yes, I have seen for sale a bracket that bolts across the seat stays to fit a rear brake. Check Ben's Cycles.
