Singlespeed & Fixed Gear - Similar to Paul E-Lever?

I'm building my first fixed gear, and I just installed a set of Nitto rb-018s on it. I want to put a lever brake on it, but I don't want it to look big and bulky.
Paul components makes this E-Lever (picture below) and it's perfect for what I'm looking for, but I need something to fit on the bulky part if the horns near the stem where it is 26 mm.
Does anyone know of a lever similar to the E-lever that will fit 26 mm?

There's a weird older roadie dude who trains on a fixed-gear that comes into the shop where I work who had a machine shop slightly bore out the inside of a Paul lever to accommodate his 26mm bars. It may be going slightly overboard just to use a certain lever but it can be done.

yeah I saw that -- but I'm really going for the tiny-lever aesthetic.
I've never seen the cross lever in person, but I feel like they are going to be noticeably bulkier than the e-lever

I have no idea but I'll ask him next time I see him (he comes in a few times a week). I saw it right after he had it done and it just looks like he had a machine shop shave off some metal on the inside, thus widening the inner diameter.

that is the worst and most overpriced brake lever ever. don't buy it. it sucks.

EDIT: I guess I should explain myself. Problems with this brake lever:

1. no hinge, so you have to slide it around your bars to get it on. This can be a pain if you swap bars or w/e.
2. No leverage. This lever is weak as hell
3. Price
4. Finish scratches easily. Mine has a black anodized part that scratched to hell pretty quickly.

This is the second most worthless piece of bike equipment I have ever bought. The worst is my road bike (Fuji Team carbon fiber), which at $1000 brand new was still about $500 too much. Sorry, I just got done with a 40 mile training ride with my bike creaking the whole way and am pissed off.

I was trying to keep my opinion out of it but after reading ATX's post, I'm adding that I pretty much agree with all four things he pointed out.

IMO, it's definitely not worth it. Give me a Tektro cross-lever any day.

agree except for the paul lever leverage is adequate.

145727 I used a drill and a grinder attachment to ream out a tektro cross lever bracket and it works fine to this day

I have a Diatech Goldfinger on my RB21s.. it's bulkier but I don't think it looks bad.

Mine isn't hinged, works fine. I have no thoughts on its look, I only bought it as it works with v-brakes.

++++1 Yeah those short levers are the worst. I rode one of my buddies bikes with the goldfinger or paul (im not sure) and they really impair the braking. They seem like a blatant example of fashion over function. Get tektro, cheap and flawless.

I've never had a problem. But I use two fingers on my goldfinger. I don't feel like posting a pic either.

25.4mm, but will work fine with 26. I had it on a nitto bar for awhile.

I've heard folks complain (and seen on their bike) that the Tektros are prone to losing the fulcrum pin. Y'all ever seen that?

actually yes, had to get a new nut and bolt for it... though i recently got a gold finger on the cheep and was regretting it until i switched brakes. now it works like a dream with only 1 finger...

No need to ream out the Tektro lever. They make them for 26 bars (the 576 and the 726 I think are the model numbers). I just bought two sets for two different builds, didn't pay over 20 shipped, and they work like butter.
