Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Does anyone know if the seat on this bike is comfortable for maybe a 40-60 minute bike ride? If so who is the maker? Also where can I get a yellow chain/grips like the ones on this bike?
Thanks in advance

I saw their ad in a magazine, seems like a good value. But that logo in those colors makes it look more like "Tonka" than "Torker".

I have a torker unicycle... I didn't realize they did bikes too. The u-district decal is mega cheesy. I'm sorta of surprised they didn't cut out the letters. IF their build quality of their bikes is like my unicycle I'd be scared. But to the OP, sorry, I gots no answers to your questions. Just taken back a bit by a torker bike.

Well I like yellow on the bike and for $250. I thought it was a good price for an entry level bike.
still looking to identify seat, chain, pedals and grips and where I can get them
Stock pic of the bike

lolz "tonka"
i'm sure you could find this stuff cheaper elsewhere but if you want one-stop-shopping check out:http://store.somafab.com/trco.html. KMC chains come in yellow, and while those aren't oury grips in the pic, i think oury are the best, they're sold at soma, and come in yellow. as per the saddle... comfort depends on the shape of ur butt and a bunch of other variables such as saddle height, fore-aft placement, type, height and angle of bars, and probably a bunch of other things i'm forgetting. want a colored seat to match? check out velo or soma or some other tarck-specific brand.

If you're trying to get a U-District, look for an '09 model if possible. They switched the frame from chromo to hi-ten for '10.

I thought the same thing until I contacted torker a few days ago and was told they are still using chromo and that the website was incorrect. They updated the website a couple of days.

They also made some ugly BMX bikes about 30 years ago:
