Was coming into work this morning on Rock Creek Parkway and saw (at 8:30am) a few cyclists sitting on the bikes on the side of the road, a lone bike, a police car, and a stopped vehicle. Anyone know what happened? I later was passed by emergency vehicles heading to the scene.
