Couple months ago I suffered a severe reaction to a flouroquinolone antibiotic that included severe neuropathy, tendon pain, tendon inflammation, tendonosis (tearing), ligament pain, etc.
To say I have been forced to remain more or less sedentary because of the pain would be true.
I'm beginning to feel a little better sans achilles tendons and patellar tendons.
I was wondering if anyone had any advice as to how I should jump back in after taking 2+ months off. This is my first injury (of course it had to be a big one  thanks bayer!) so I dont really have a clue where to start....
I have an appointment with a specialist who may or may not be helpful on wednesday, ill let you all know what he says.
