I know I'm being jingoistic, but the way he ran down Theo Boss in the sprints, and more so, the way he went SO early in the Keirin, and still won, was AMAZING. They couldn't get near him. :D

This has been done to death in Australia, but the best part is that he lives on Kentucky Fried Chicken, McDonalds, Coke and Barbeque Pringles :)

And what about that crash in the Keirin heat?

no kidding. we can watch freaking springboard diving and track and field all night long in primetime but never get to see any of the good stuff:(

I KNOW!!!! Bloody hell. I'm sure our track coverage was delayed by maybe half an hour, or an hour while we were getting synchronised diving, or something.

The way i figure it, the east coast of the US could've had the track events live at about 10 or 11am, so, were they on?

i caught the last few laps of the keirin finals wed. morning. i overslept. it probably would've gotten a better slot if Nothstein had made the finals...

Keirin is awesome. I'm sure non cycling fans would like it.
