I second this. Either that or swap the parts over from your Cutter (you have a Schwinn Cutter, right?) to this frame.

Groovy townie bars, polished silver coaster brake wheelset, shiny silver components where needed, retro leather saddle of your choosing and matching grips/tape.

if anyone has a seat stem just kickin around that would work on this frame, id like to get my hands on it. The one on the bike now is rusted to hell.
