Just consider a big heavy bike as extra resistance training.

Red....trails tomorrow, 2 laps (10 miles) of the WORS Wigwam race course (near me, in Sheboygan WI)
I'm calling it a recovery day......but I'm sure I"ll beat myself up pretty good there.

Nice ride...not too shabby at all ;)!
Very nice! I did 53 miles the other day, the most I have done since I started riding again. I did the ride again, thinking I would at another ten miles or so but when I got to the point where I had to make the decision to either go home or go farther, my legs told me to go home. I am not there yet but I am encouraged by your example!

way to go! like kneez, I just did a half-century last weekend. (well, it was on flat ground, so not too taxing).
