So I went and saw Clash of the Titans the other day (terrible), and it sparked a childhood fascination I had. In 7th grade my whole literature class it seems revolved around Greek Mythology, and I ate it up.
So I was wondering if any of you know of a good book that tells all the tales and explains everything of Greek mythology from the beginning and throughout?? Pros/cons of the books? I think there's a sub-forum for books, but this seems slightly more vague, so I thought I'd check the all-knowing foo... Gracias..

Bullfinch's Mythology
I haven't read that but it's a classic. Edith Hamilton's is also classic and definitely readable.

^^
I've got that one at home too. I like them both and keep them as references. Bullfinch's is a little older, and bigger.
I got both of them at the local library's book sale. $1 each (hardcover)! They are real old.
After you read through Bullfinch, you might want to read the Illiad and the Odyssey.

I've got the Illiad at home. Must be just about time to re-read it.

Are these in somewhat modern terminology? At all? I seem to lose interest more easily if I have to decode every damn sentence... Forgot to mention that..
Thanks for the responses, I'll have a gander...
