I just got a new set of clipless pedals for my road bike, and coincedently my MTB needs new pedals, the old ones creek and knock. So, I was going to just swap the toe clips from my road bike to my MTB, has anyone done this? Is it a serious problem. They are pretty beefy pedals, and can take more beating than the cheapies I had on there, so I don't see any reason why not.
Just wondering if anyone else has done this? And if there is a problem with it.
