=Sorry I should have been more specific. I meant as in store. I know batteries plus doesn't but what about something like Home Depot etc.

An electronics store may have them but I have never seen them in a retail store.

A hobby store that sells RC stuff is probably your best bet. I don't know if 18650s are popular in RC vehicles but those stores have more weird batteries than anyone else.

Another retail possibility might be a police/firefighter equipment store as they are the primary users of tactical flashlights.
