hello all and thanks for your help in advance
After a hard Workout, I can feel my heart beat in my ears or you could say my head. As I go to check the pulse, I dont have to do anything but stay still and I can count just by sitting there. Just wanted to see if that was normal, Im guessing that my heart rate at the time I just finished the workout was 175.
Ive had a Dye tracer stress test (treadmill) and my cardiolite was fine. Age 31 male.
Just was thinking about that hard pounding of my heart in my ears and head.
Thanks
