Hate riding on the Briar Cliff Pkway section immediate north of Peekskill with the highway traffic before the Lower S St bridge. Can I ride through Annsville Preserve Park and on the dirt road to the bridge? Google satellite map shows I can, but I want to make sure this is possible. Anybody done this? Thanks much.
