I need to quickly drop about 10lbs and was wondering if anyone has used Hydroxycut and if it worked?

SHORTTERM, hydroxycut, like trimspa and all the 'ephedra free' products out on the market will help you drop some water weight. a 2 week trial before a weedding or something is fine, as long as you realize (i think you do) that it is a temporary, water shedding product.
**please note that this endorsement is not for training loss purposes, only for an 'event' loss. i'm sure you'll get the purists posts saying their peace, but there is nothing wrong with a short term water loss if you got a little behind in your goal.

Even with ephedra this class of products is a gimmick. The only way to quickly lose 10 lbs of fat is to have it sucked out by a surgeon. You can lose all the so called water weight you want but it won't change your appearance.
