OK, I'm looking to pick up a new mountain bike (the 10 yo Wal-Mart kind of sucks!) So far the one I like the best (at least that I might can afford) is the Cannondale Jekyll 400. I can get it on sale for $950 at a local shop. It's funny, I started out wanting the $500 bike (I saw the thread) but as I read and looked around, my likes kept getting more expensive!!! Anyway the reviews I've seen on this bike were pretty good, and it seems to have fairly decent components. I'm a newbie, so I rely need to learn alot about riding. I mainly want a decent, upgradeable, trailbike. What do the experts (that's you guys) think of this bike?
