Eastern Canada - Toronto riders: slope near Yonge & York Mills (Hogs Hollow)?

I'm curious if anyone knows the slope of the roads near that place (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Wilson_Avenue_To_Hoggs_Hollow.jpg). It's one of Toronto steepest AFAIK and knowing the slope would allow me to evaluate others when I read their descriptions.
(it's not the steepest according to this (http://valdodge.com/2007/06/11/best-worst-cycling-hill-in-toronto/) blog post)
Thanks,

That view is facing east with Yonge St at the intersection. I've been on the Yonge north and south there many more times than Wilson/York Mills so can't make a useful comparison. Usually I just lean forward and coast down. The one time I did my daredevil routine drafting behind an over the speed limit truck my computer malfunctioned giving a reading of 56 mph/ 90 Km. Strange intersection being the bottom of a bowl shape. Was hit by a small meteor long ago?

if it's a busy road I wish we can install something like this on the worst hills in toronto and I bet they probably make some good cash on it:

This would make a killing if it was all over san francisco :0

This makes me lose faith in mankind. The hill on Yonge by Wilson is nothing...theres much worse further North in the Keele/Major Mac area.

Do you know their slope by any chance? That's what I was trying to find out with the original question; I was the thread going astray on a tangent with lifts and stuff.
Thanks.
Do you know their slope by any chance?I went up and back down it one week ago today with no traffic on it (I woke up too early and couldn't go back to sleep). I'm certain the lens used for that photo is telescopic and the result is a compressed look which is misleading. It's quite long but not especially steep. I went up it like nothing and slightly braked down much of it. Now if I had sprinted down it maybe an impressive speed could have been had but I'm sure the fine folks at the bus stop near the bottom would have been simply more baffled.

Using elevation readings from gmap-pedometer.com, Wilson on the W side is about 8% and Yonge st is between 4% and 6%.

I live at Yonge and 401.
A lot of discussion on that slope over the years here, and I gotta be honest, it's never struck me as significant compared to other hills around town.

I didnt ride there much when I lived in Toronto, but the lights at the bottom took the enjoyment out of swooping down to get a run at the hill on the other side.
