I am looking at buying this Dawes SST, and would like some help IDing the crank and or chain ring. They seem different than the standard, and would just like to know what I am looking at before I see the bike in person. Thanks for any help you can give. (and yes, I know the photo is small, and on the wrong side of the bike)

It is a three-piece crank, that's all I can tell from the picture.

It's a BMX crankset with what looks like a Profile Imperial sprocket (or a similar knockoff).

It's a 2-piece crankset that comes stock on the Dawes MTA. I replaced mine with Origin 8 cranks pretty much right away.

EDIT: The chainring is permanently connected to the drive-crank and then there is the left crank. I'm assuming that means 2-piece.

Thanks everyone, I really appreciate it. I knew there was a reason I couldn't find an SST with that chain ring / crank combo. Looks like I continue the search for a different bike.
