I'm putting on an unsanctioned race Sunday May 23rd. It's modelled on the NorCal Grasshopper and is a 50 mile loop with pavement, dirt roads and a short stretch of downhill single track. A hardtail MTB or cyclocross bike would be the ideal rig. The event is co-sponsored by SLO Bike Coalition and Tolosa Winery. For details check out tolosawinery.com under the events calendar.
