i diddnt know where else to post this. i may be getting a 1983 olympic raleigh track frame. the seat tube is craked through at about 3 inches from the bottom bracket. does anyone know how to repair this without having to pay someone to do it. i am a mechanic,welder and can do some fiberglass work i just don't know what materials to use.
