We test rode a Musashi a while back and determined that the frame is too long for us - a fact that Catrike confirmed for us. They indicated that they were working on a model for inseam-challenged riders that should be available in a couple of months.

Now that we're getting some experience with the SWB Trek R200, we're both anticipating that we'll be getting something SWB in the not-too-distant future - maybe for our 35th anniversary, if we can wait until September...

In the meantime, we're looking for input from anybody who has first hand experience with the Catrike Musashi. We would value any impressions you might have based on your experience with 'bents in general and the Musashi in particular.

Thanks,
Fran & Nanette

There are several threads on the Catrike Musashi recumbent on the BentRiderOnline site's message board (http://www.bentrideronline.com/messageboard/index.php). Just join up (can be free but regular users often become members) and do a search on, you guessed it, Musashi. Bryan Ball, the site's managing editor, recently reviewed the Musashi LINK (http://www.bentrideronline.com/?p=3489).

There are multiple threads on the bike as it raised quite a bit of interest as the only in-production USA built mid/low racer. Examples:

and several others if you do the aforementioned search.
