Excuse my ignorance, but once you get the hang of riding on rollers do you actually clip in. I've read a lot about rolleres vs. trainers and I think I am going to go for the rollers.

I'm getting rollers this friday after I get paid. I signed up for team performance so I'm hoping to save some money.
People do ride rollers with clipless, do a search on the forums.

Yes i clip in on my rollers, id probably be the only want to get a good smooth pedal stroke and keep from falling off.
btw, you will enjoy the heck out of your rollers i enjoy mine immensly!

Yes, I am clipped in when I crash off my rollers.
