I started riding a Roadbike about 2 1/2 years ago with the Savannah Bicycle Touring Club (www.cbtc.org) riding my 30 year old Raleigh 10SP. Quickly I moved up to an old Performance two ring and 3 months later to a Trek 2500 which I got off Ebay. I ride almost every day, early morning during the summer and late evening during the winter. I have a bike partner who is retired so it makes riding about as good as it can be: Always ready to go. We're up to 18 daily and 30-40 on Sat with the club. I haven't lost a pound but my partner is down 65 pounds.
