need new cartridge pads for my theta brakes and have no idea what is compatible, are all cartridges the same. did some research and can't find anything anywhere online.
My understanding is that Theta brakes are standard dual pivot calipers. Jagwire or shimano pads for dual pivot caliper brakes will work. http://www.jensonusa.com/store/product/BR608D00-Shimano+Road+Cart+Replacement+Brake+Pads.aspx

Another good choice is Kool Stop "Dura type" (i.e. Shimano compatible) pads. The "Salmon" (red) pads are the most versatile.

Highly recommend the Kool-Stop Dura Type pads they make a hell of a difference

are they grabby at all, my stock pads arent grabby or super strong, but have a nice linear feel which is most important to me.

The Kool Stop Salmon pads are strong but predictable. I have them on all of my bikes and would not use anything else. They are particularly good in the wet where their composition makes them work unusually well.
