A couple weeks ago a friend was over and met many of my cycing friends at the same dinner party...We all talked bikes...
Our talk affected our friends....Igor went out and bought a new Specialized road bike...Been hitting it for about a week now...Says he loves it..Has to ride daily while he builds up stregnth.
Now, loves the sport but makes the common newbie complaint..My rear hurts. Says he bought some shorts with padding.. They live about 25 miles away.have not seen them since the party..
His emails asks about saddle position..Want to get him some help right away.Anyone have some web site leads about Saddle Postion I can link to them..
