Just picked up my bike today. New to cycling, I welcome all advice and tips. I'm in pretty good shape, it's the bike/road part that could use some help.

I got a Specialized Dolce Elite. Haven't gone for a ride yet though, maybe tonight if I have time. I'll take some pics at some point and post them.
