I'm thinking of doing the loop down 84 to the coast and back up Tunitas. If you're up for a mellow ride, I'd enjoy the company! (I'll be keeping my HR in the 140's, so I'm serious about the mellow part.)

Well, if I find myself jonesing for a race by the weekend, I might end up doing the PGE crit. Flat course, right? I'm trying the "base building" thing for at least a few weeks to see how I respond. Never focused on my aerobic endurance before, and I think that's a big limiter for me.

No takers? :( Actually, I know it's a weird time of year to be riding so slowly. I guess I'll head up for the PG&E crit instead. Look forward to riding with BF folks another time!
