The main bike use would be Commute to work and Bike Trails on the week end's. 52 Miles one's My Goal

There's no such thing as "best". There's hundreds of competent frame makers out there.
Yeah, I'm thinking that this isn't the right forum for that type of question.

Respectfully disagree. There may be no one "best", but there is a top tier of highly experienced, master frame builders: Albert Eisentraut (the BEST EVER in my book), Bruce Gordon (who learned the trade from Albert), Mark Nobilette (who learned the trade from Albert), Richard Sachs, Peter Weigle, Jeff Lyon, et al. These guys are the "short list" for my dream bike.
There are a lot of talented "kids" out there too, but their experience is measured in years, not decades. If all you want is "competent" go to one of them. If you want "great", go to the masters of the craft.
