If you are looking to spend that much, I'd get a bike fit so you can figure out what frames fit you, rather than asking other people what fits them.

I don't own one, but have rode one belonging to a friend of mine, and he was talking to me about it. Pretty sturdy stuff. It's built on a road bike style frame, only made a bit tougher. Not bad on the road or off it. However, not that good on the road, or off it...... if that makes any sense? It is not a good road bike, not compared to a dedicated one. Same for off road riding. Personally, I'd go for a Hybrid if I had the choice. Not a bad bike, though, for general, round town riding, or for utility use. Like I said, for occasional off road use that's not too rough, or for touring, etc., not a bad bike at all. As was said elsewhere in this forum, it is kind've a jack of all trades, but master of none... other then being a middle of the road type bike.

Ok, I wasn't trying to be a dick on purpose. Every frame you mentioned was from a builder I'd respect and I would have no problem throwing a leg any of those frames. Ridley and Williams are pretty highly regarded as cross racers, but definitely have different fits.
What I was trying to say is that it doesn't matter if the bike is made out of rare Iowiegan Bamboo covered in baby seal skin, the bike has to fit you. That will make more difference in your performance than any potential gains to be made by frame material. I think quality between all of those builders would be very good to excellent. You just need to determine what fits you, and beyond that, who has the best warranty and customer support should something go wrong.
I'd lean towards buying locally what you can, so you have a dealer to back you up.
