the first 1/4 mile were done in 2 revolution increments.
I followed Kreitler advice, started in a doorway, and wore some old running shoes.
Ok here's what I learned:
1) I always thought something was wrong with my headset coz
I couldn't ride no handed....wrong, I'm all over the place.
2) Don't look at the front roller....good way to ride off roller
3) relax...yeah right, my hands are killling me and I believe I need
new bars due my handprints being imprinted in em...
Actually within about 5 minutes I could keep up a decent spin
and not have to step off every minute or so.
