I've been doing alot of thinking about spin lately,
and have some interesting thoughts
(don't even go there.... ) after trying out a few things.
Came home last night, expecting to learn rollers.
my wife had other ideas, both bikes were by the door
along with all the accoutrements (she even filled water bottle,
I'm a lucky man!).
So based on something I read at Bikelist.org I tried riding
one legged. what an eye opener. I thought I was fairly smooth.
Nope, lurching right along. took a few minutes to smooth right
leg out. Left leg much smoother.
After ride, went home and got on the rollers, The difference
between rollers and trainer is signigicant.
if you really want to improve spin buy rollers.
If you just want to put in time in the saddle buy trainer.
ok nuff said for now.
