Introductions - Hello from Cornwall, Ontario, Canada... A newbi recumbent rider

Well I always wanted to ride a bicycle. But I aways ache in the butt....Believe me I need the exercise thou..I drive long haul transport..So I thought biking was a great idea and good way to move my sore 62 year old legs.. I bought a 21 speed regular bike...But it never got more that 25 miles in 8 years.. Last year I bought a nicely uesd Quetzal Evox made by CCM.. It is like a recumbent But not truely one..I love it.. made a few hunded miles on it around the countryside near my house...But I loved the look of thou low riding recumbents better with those lawnchair type seats....Well this spring I managed to find a used Quetzal T120 comfort bike recumbent with understeer steering....What a difference....I love both of my bikes...Now I'm already looking for more to buy..
The only thing I can find anyone to ride with yet except my dog, which I'm buying a doggy trailer for...I'm married But my wife doesn't like biking..Tried to change her mind with the Evox But it is of no use.
Do any of you members on here ever hear of the Quetzal T120 recumbent?...I've found photos of it But not much info on bike..I think the company who made them Doesn't make them any more....If there are other members in my area who would like to take a ride for an afternoon..pls contact me...Thanks for reading......John:)

..Thanks for the greetings...Also cheers too you...I just checked out the site for the recumbent forum..Lots of info there..But I haven't got around to checking out the local members yet...I doult there is any around me in Cornwall, Ontario thou.. I just came back from a short ride on out city's bike path.. Wasn't too many bikes on it.. maybe 2..There is more people om weekends thou...Whatr kindf of bike do you have?...There must be a lot of bicycles in Helsinki.. I use to live in Montreal Quebec.. There seems to be a lot of bicycles there now..Than when I lived thee 20 years ago. Must be the price of gas for cars and the price of parking cars...Bikes are much cheaper and faster to get around...Well...I must look more around on this site as I just joined.. I ride a very entry level hybrid, but it's served me well for 30K kilometers over the years. Just bought an entry level cyclocross bike for lighter tours. Regarding bikes in Helsinki, we have a relatively good infrastructure pretty much everywhere else except for crowded spots in downtown area. So yes, quite a few people ride their bikes for errands, utility, recreation, commuting and whatnot. As with most cities, I'd say anything shorter than 8-10 kms and bike is the fastest means of transportation here. Not necessarily in winter though. :)
