I just bought a new bike. This is my first "new" bike in a decade. It's a Specialized Sirrus Pro. It has 700 X 28 tires now. I have used Continental Touring tires for years on my commutes and never get flats. The Contis are 700 X 32. Can I mount the 32's on the same rims as the stock 28's? Thanks in advance.

Yes, check frame and fork clearance before buying the new tyres. Since my new Conti Ultra 2000 700Cx28 is more like 25mm in width, you may be OK with 700Cx32 Contis.
