I found a super sweet one with integrated 15mm wrench but it was $119.00, which I think is a little much.. would appriciate if someone could point me towards the poormans version.

Park has that one that holds their lockring tool in a 22mm hex or whatever. Close, but not quite what you are looking for.

I bought mine in UK, and I haven't seen them anywhere else than this one shop in London.
Try some track specific shops in US and ask them if they know about it.

yeah, they are the only place in London that carries a good range of track/fixed gear stuff.
I got my hub directly from goldtec, cos condor didn't have one with 130mm spacing, and said it would take them a month to get the hub. goldtec sent me one in 2 days.
