So I've got this KHS Flite with a 75 BB and cranks that I really want to put on my T1. My T1 currently has a Sugino Messenger setup. Is it worth for me to swap out the BBs as well? Will the cranks work on the other respective BBs, or am I being stupid and I should just swap the BBs as well?

I believe Messenger uses a 103mm bottom bracket and 75 uses 109mm; don't be lazy and switch the bottom bracket as well.

I use my Sugino 75s on a messenger BB and it works very well. Near perfect chainling. B/c the messenger bb is JIS, it's spindle is actually equivalent to a 107.5mm ISO spindle. That means your chainline should only be off by 1.5mm.
For more on ISO vs. JIS, check out Sheldon. I've been running this setup for a year with no problems.
