I'm looking for a good 144bcd crankset for around $200. I'm mostly looking at either the Miche Advanced or the Soma Hellyer. Is the Miche worth the extra money (Ive found it for $200 and the Hellyer for $130). Are the Soma's just rebranded Andels? They look slightly different to me, but I'm not sure. I would be interested in Omniums, but how are they in the rain? I'm moving to Eugene, Oregon next fall and my one bike will be my main transportation. I could be completely wrong, but I just feel like the external BB won't hold up to rain as well as a sealed BB. I've also seen these (http://www.iminusd.bigcartel.com/product/id144) which really look like rebranded Andels for significantly more, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Thanks guys

the external bb of the omniums uses sealed bearings. there's internal vs external bottom brackets, and sealed vs unsealed bearings.

I'm not sure, but for some reason I was convinced that they had problems with water. Like I said "I could be completely wrong" and I guess I was
