I am new to the idea of posting on forums. Please bear with me as I try to sum up my background.
I am just getting back into daily cycling from a long haitus. (I was often deployed or TDY while in the military, and soon after getting out, I became hugely pregnant and put on bedrest.) Sure, there are many other grand excuses, but I'm finally getting back into daily riding whether for errands or the sheer joy of it.
I currently ride a Cannondale f400, but I "borrow" my husband's Yuba Mundo as often as I can. A MTB is not as comfortable in regard to the type of riding I now do, and well, the Yuba is very nice.
I should be receiving my Madsen utility cycle within the next week as a Mother's Day gift. I am extremely excited, although, quite honestly, I believe this gift is a sort of bribe to keep me off his Mundo. :)
I joined this forum because there seems to be a wealth of knowledge from many interesting people. I hope to learn a great deal here.

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
